 ندرك جميعا أن المملكة العربية السعودية تعمل على تحقيق الأهداف السامية في العديد من المجالات، على المستوى المحلي والدولي. وفي العام 2017، أطلقت المملكة العربية السعودية مشروعا بقيمة 500 مليار دولار يسمى “نيوم” لبناء منطقة تجارية وصناعية.

بالإضافة إلى ذلك، يركز المنطقة التي تبلغ مساحتها حوالي 26500 كيلومتر مربع (10230 ميل مربع) على الصناعات، بما في ذلك الطاقة والمياه والتكنولوجيا الحيوية والغذاء والتصنيع المتقدم والترفيه. وتتمثل رؤية المملكة العربية السعودية الواسعة في عام 2030 بزيادة الإنتاجية وتنويع الاقتصاد وتحسين جودة الحياة

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is working hard to provide the best in order to achieve the high goals in many areas , at the local and international levels. In 2017, Saudi Arabia produced the “NEOM ” project , which is a plan which is estimated around $ 500 billion dollars , to build a commercial and industrial area .

ماهي مدينة نيوم

تمتد منطقة نيوم على ثلاث دول وتقابل مدينة ذا لاين، وهي أول منطقة خاصة في العالم بهذا النطاق. من المتوقع أن تصبح وجهة جديدة نابضة بالحياة في المنطقة الشمالية الغربية من المملكة العربية السعودية، حيث ستكون مركزا عالميا رائدا يجسد مستقبل الحضارة الإنسانية من خلال تقديم نمط حياة جديد لسكانها، إلى جانب وجود آفاق اقتصادية متقدمة .

In fact , it is built  to become  a vibrant new destination , because it is located in the northwestern region of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It is expected to appear as  a leading global center .As, It represents the future of human civilization by offering a new lifestyle to its inhabitants along with advanced economic horizons.

 In fact , NEOM  seeks to attract the best talent from around the world in Neom university,  to push the  innovation , and push the growth of this area  and  population like never before .

يعتبر مشروع نيوم وأهدافه المستقبلية في مدينة نيوم من أكثر المشروعات تطورا واسعة النطاق لعدة أسباب، حيث يقع المشروع في المنطقة الشمالية الغربية للمملكة العربية السعودية، ويشمل أراض داخل الحدود المصرية والأردنية، بمساحة إجمالية تبلغ حوالي 26500 كيلومتر مربع. ويعد شعار نيوم من أشهر الشعارات العالمية التي تمثل التطلعات المستقبلية للمشروع

The NEOM project and its goals , which is located in the city of NEOM , is considered one of the most developed projects on the large area due to many reasons, so that the project is located in the north western region of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia . Also,  it is planned to take areas from  the Egyptian and Jordanian borders, to form a total area of 26,500 sq km . Also, The NEOM logo is considered one of the most famous global logos which represents the future aspirations of the project

لا شك في أن المناخ يلعب دورًا كبيرًا في تطور المشروع، حيث يتميز الموقع بمناخ معتدل وتضاريس متنوعة، ويضمن الموقع الجغرافي الفريد لنيوم مناخًا معتدلًا بحوالي10 درجات مئوية أبرد من المناطق المحيطة به ،

With no doubt ,  the climate plays a great  role in the development of the project, because it is characterized by a temperate climate and varied topography .In fact , the unique geographical location of Neum guarantees a temperate climate,  for about 10 degrees  ,  in the surrounding areas.

 أما الدول الأخرى، فتقع في منطقة جبلية في شمال المملكة العربية السعودية، وتتمتع المنطقة المخصصة للمشروع أيضا برياح باردة قادمة من البحر الأحمر للحصول على أفضل مناخ ممكن لسكان المستقبل.

ونظرًا لاحتواء المملكة العربية السعودية على العديد من الموارد الطبيعية المعدنية، فإن المنطقة غنية أيضًا بالنفط والغاز والموارد المعدنية.

Not only ,  the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia contains many natural mineral resources, but also the  area is also rich in oil, gas and mineral resources

يهدف مشروع نيوم، الذي يعبر عن رؤية 2030 بالإنجليزية، إلى تطوير عدد من القطاعات الاقتصادية الرئيسية في المستقبل، بالإضافة إلى إنشاء صناعات تقلل من التسرب الاقتصادي في المملكة والمنطقة بشكل عام. يمكن تحقيق ذلك من خلال إنشاء صناديق تنمية تدعم هذه القطاعات، بما في ذلك مستقبل الطاقة والمياه التي يجب أن تعتمد بشكل كامل على الطاقة المتجددة، وتخزين الطاقة المستقبلية، وحلول النقل، وكذلك البحث والتطوير والتصنيع.

In general , NEOM project aims to develop a   number of major economic sections in the future, in addition to establishing industries that reduce economic leakage in the Kingdom and the region  . Through this, the development can be achieved through the establishment of  funds of this sector , there is also , the future of energy  and water, which should  be fully supported by the renewable energy , future energy storage,  transportation solutions as well as research, development and manufacturing.
