ومن أهم الصفات التي تم اكتسابها من المدرسة هي صفة (التعاون) مع زملائنا وخاصة داخل الفصل، فيتم زرع القيمة الأساسية للمشاركة في نفوس الطلاب منذ صغرهم، وفي المدرسة فصول دراسية متنوعة بحيث نتعلم من المعلمون مواد مختلفة، لكي نصبح  أفراد أفضل، ومدارستنا تحاول دومًا أن تُركز على نمونا العام وتحولنا إلى بالغين أصحاء.

وكذلك فهي تقدم لنا الموضوعات المتنوعة التي تنتمي إلى العالم، وتُتيح لنا استكشاف عالمنا من منظور جديد، فنحن في صغرنا لا نعرف إطلاقًا ما هي المشكلات التي تنتظرنا حينما نكبر، فالمدارس عبارة عن ساحات التدريب التي تحاول إعدادنا كي نواجه المجهول، ويمكننا أن نتغلب على أي مشقة بما تعلمناه من الدوافع الصحيحة التي علمتنا المدارس إياها، فنحن لا نتعلم أن نكون مواطنين مسؤولين فقط، بل نتعلم أن نكون أشخاص يعملون بجد ويجتهدون  لمواجهة التحديات التي تفرضها علينا الحياة.
